Linear Hall Effect Sensor IC with Unilateral Output

The SC4225 is a high performance linear Hall-Effect device and is operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The ratiometric output voltage is set by the supply voltage and varies in proportion to the strength of the magnetic. The quiescent output voltage of the SC4225 is 0.5V typically, and the sensitivity is 4.0mV/Gs.

The features of these devices make them ideal for use in automotive and industrial applications requiring high accuracy, and are guaranteed though an extended temperature range, -40℃ to 150℃.

These devices are available in a 3-pin SIP package. Both packages are lead(Pb) free, with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
