The VE2220 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator operating from a 3.3 V to 20 V supply voltage range with a load capability up to 20 A. It employs a phase-locked controllable on-time constant-frequency current-mode architecture. Multi-phase operation allows multiple VE2220 regulators to operate out of phase.
