Slow-Speed Limited Differential Transceiver with ESD Protection
The SI485 operates from 3V to 55V supply, features ±15kV ESD protection, and is a slow-speed limited differential transceiver providing full RS485 compatibility for half-duplex communication. Each section includes a driver and a receiver designed to extend data transmission over a wide common-mode range (-7V to 12V). The SI485 transmits data at rates up to 15Mbps.
