ZH6358 is a highly integrated three-phase FOC pre-driver chip operating at 7V to 32V with a maximum withstand voltage of 40V. It integrates FOC control algorithms, self-powered operation via DC-DC or LDO, upper-gate PMOS and lower-gate NMOS drivers, and detection signal processing circuits.
