ZH6332 is a wide operating voltage, high current, highly integrated three-phase BLDC driver chip. It includes three half-bridges, commutation logic, PWM speed and direction control, and comprehensive protection functions including current limiting, short circuit, overtemperature, undervoltage, overvoltage, and stall protection.The ZH6332's intelligent open-circuit protection logic detects motor terminal open circuits, cold solder joints, and other faults. Upon fault detection, the FLT pin pulls low to signal an alarm. Its simplified external circuitry makes it suitable for driving various permanent magnet synchronous motors.
