The SC4665 is a through-hole programmable Hall sensor designed for open-loop precision current sensing or position detection when paired with a magnetic ring. The SC4665's transfer characteristics are factory-adjusted for temperature drift and are programmable during end-user calibration (offset, sensitivity, filtering, internal overcurrent threshold). Featuring a bandwidth up to 400kHz and fast response time, it is particularly suitable for high-speed applications such as inverters and converters, which require rapid response due to fast switching.
