Low-Power High-Speed Linear Hall Sensor with Sleep and Wake-Up Functions

By controlling the chip's SLEEP and AWAKE states via the MCU, the chip can operate in multiple modes.

The SC4823 is an ultra-low-power, high-speed linear Hall sensor featuring an ultra-wide output voltage range, supporting sleep mode and active wake-up functionality. In active mode, its power consumption is 0.7mA. In wake-up mode, the chip consumes less than 1.5μA while continuously monitoring external magnetic field changes to enable host wake-up functionality.
