SC4251

Dual Channel Angular Hall Effect Sensor with Sine-Cosine Output

Integrated Hall Effect Position Sensor、Ultra-Low Power Mode、Suitable for battery-powered applications

SC4251 is an integrated Hall effect position sensor designed to scan permanent magnets. When the magnet rotates, the IC outputs sine and cosine analog signals, enabling calculation of the permanent magnet’s current position. Equipped with a gain configuration pin, the SC4251 allows adjustment of output amplitude via external voltage levels (high/low). The chip supports a Sleep Mode with μA-level power consumption, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
