The SC9686 is an integrated active magnetic sensor based on Hall technology, designed for transmission speed sensor applications. Featuring a three-wire voltage interface and communicating via PWM protocol, it provides information on gear rotation speed and direction. Zero-speed detection is supported. With outstanding sensitivity and accuracy, along with a wide operating temperature range, this sensor is ideally suited for demanding automotive requirements. The SC9686 utilizes a PCB-less package with an integrated 2.2nF capacitor, delivering outstanding electromagnetic interference immunity.
