The SC9685 is an integrated active magnetic sensor based on Hall technology, designed for transmission speed sensor applications. Featuring a two-wire current interface and communicating via PWM protocol, it provides information on gear rotation speed and direction. Zero-speed detection is supported. With outstanding sensitivity, precision, and a wide operating temperature range, this sensor is well-suited for demanding automotive requirements. The SC9685 utilizes a PCB-less package with an integrated 2.2nF capacitor, delivering excellent electromagnetic interference immunity.
