SC69401

Package:SOP8 / eTSSOP-16L

The SC69401 is an angular position sensor chip based on the principle of differential Hall magnetic sensing from Semiment Electronics. A full differential Hall sensing matrix is built into the center of the chip, which generates a corresponding sine-cosine position signal by sensing a pair of polar S/N magnets above it. The signal is amplified by a preamplifier and then sampled by the internal analog-to-digital converter circuitry.
